Do you serve Willoughby?
Yes — I’m a 6-minute drive from Willoughby Town Centre and regularly welcome clients from Willoughby and Yorkson.
Is Elleven appointment-only?
Always. No walk-ins, and you’ll see Elena every visit — never a different stylist.
What if I need to reschedule?
Give me at least 48 hours’ notice and your deposit is refunded, or transferred to your new appointment date. A no-show is charged 100% of the service value.
Where is the studio?
I’m at #11-7635 198B Street in Willoughby, Langley Township, about 2.9 km and a 6-minute drive from Willoughby Town Centre. It’s a private, appointment-only studio. The studio entrance is on 76 Avenue.
Is there parking?
Yes. Street parking is available, and the Forum complex has additional parking if the street is full.
What are your hours?
Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday from 11 am to 7 pm, and Saturday from 10 am to 5 pm, by appointment only. I’m closed Monday, Thursday and Sunday.
Which services do you offer near Willoughby?
I specialize in hand-painted balayage, keratin smoothing and nano tip hair extensions. I also do root touch-ups, full-head color, foil highlights, blonding, gloss and toner refreshes, grey blending, and women’s and girls’ haircuts.
